It's impossible to stay awake for six days straight unless you have some type of deseise. You have slept atleast some form of sleep whether it be for 5 minutes or more.

Well, the truth is that I too have been playing about 10 hours nonstop on the server and my girlfriend told me I'm crazy for playing too much, but I was only a day or two nothing more.
